Red velvet cupcake mix 250g, 100ml water, 3 eggs
Method
Mix all ingredients together slowly. Whisk on high for 8-10 mins. Pour mixture into cupcake holders. Bake on 180 degrees for +/- 15 mins depending on oven. Allow to cool then decorate with fillings & toppings.
