REQUIREMENTS:
500G CARROT CAKE MIX
3 EXTRA LARGE EGGS
200ML OIL
250G GRATED CARROTS
50G PEACAN NUTS (can be found in our store)
METHOD
1. Beat eggs on high for 2min
2. Add cake mix,beat on slow for 4min
3. Add oil slow while beating on slow speed.
4. Add carrots and peacan nuts and mix well.
5. Bake for +-40-50min on 180deg.
6. Top with cream cheese or butter icing. Serve and enjoy!!
