Requirements:
100g Butter, 75g choc chips, 2 eggs, lightly whisked, 250g brownie mix
 
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 120 degrees, line a 7 inch square pan with baking paper.
Melt butter & choc chips together.
Add eggs & brownie mix, stir until combined. Spoon into lined baking dish, bake for 25-30 mins.
Allow to cool before cutting.
