1kg red velvet cake mix, water 400ml, 9 eggs

Method

Mix all ingredients together slowly. Whisk on high for 8-10 mins. Transfer to baking tin. Bake at 190 degrees for +/- 25 mins depending on oven. Allow to cool then decorate with fillings & toppings.
